The film depicts the vampire count realizing that he must consume the blood of virgins in order to survive. He, along with his sister and butler, travels to Italy and targets a wealthy family. The family consists of four beautiful sisters, particularly the second and third eldest, who maintain a secretive relationship with one of the household workers. However, they deceive the count by claiming to be virgins. After the count drinks their blood and suffers severe physical damage, he becomes enraged and seeks revenge on every member of the family. Following a fierce battle, only a few family members survive, ultimately leading to the downfall of the count.
